Brian Harrison
Brian possesses over 30 years of diverse commercial experience and has been based in Asia since 1994 after leaving the UK. The majority of his experience has been garnered in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia, with associated responsibilities across the Asian region.
Brian was most recently a Partner and Director of DM Logistics Ltd, a Hong Kong based company founded in 2006 that specialised in E-commerce Fulfilment and Distribution as well the provision of Litho and Variable Data Print (VDP) services and associated mail delivery throughout the globe. In 2009 DML formed a JV with a listed company to launch a secure VDP and Lettershop factory in HK and subsequently acquired the full ownership of the facility from the JV partner. DML also owned and operated its own Mail Handling Unit and e-commerce fulfilment warehouse.
From just 3 employees the company grew to 100+ full time and 150+ part time employees and had an annual turnover in excess of USD 15million. Key clients included Banks, MNC's, Brand Management Companies, Direct Marketers, Fundraisers, Exhibition and Conference Organisers, E-commerce Retailers/Consolidators, Mail Order Companies, Postal Consolidators and Publishers.
Brian's other roles include the formation and operations of an e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur; Director of Operations for Monitor Aerospace’s hospitality division in Beijing where he was responsible for the formation of the division and the subsequent execution of all related responsibilities; Executive Search for one of the world's largest search firms.
As well as Brian’s wealth of knowledge of conducting business in Asia, he is a specialist in delivering stringent quality control and customer service programmes to both local and international workforces.

Gary Cumper
Gary is a qualified Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Programme Manager and MBA. He has significant experience in the e-commerce and supply chain industry having begun life in the UK’s Royal Mail in 1982 as an electronics engineer later in life transitioning into operational roles.
During his twenty-three years with them, utilising his rare mix of operational and technical knowledge, he managed mail centres; managed multi-million-pound national projects; and worked at senior level in the Royal Mail’s prestigious Technology Centre managing national projects of both operational and technical scope. In 1996, Gary became an international consultant for Royal Mail to provide technical and operational aid projects to Russia and Greece. He then continued to live and provide senior consultancy for RM overseas in diverse areas such as Africa, Asia, Europe and South America.
