Our priority is to get your product into your consumer’s hands quickly, efficiently and securely wherever in the world they may be. Our attention to detail ensures that every customer can be confident of receiving the right product. All our pick and pack solutions are tailored to meet the needs of individual brands and their products. Branded address labels and packing slips ensure our order fulfilment services are as invisible as they are professional. We also provide kitting services (multiple finished items into one retail pack; and/or multiple retail packs into a larger consolidated package).

Customs Clearance

RFL can advise on import and export strategies, handle paperwork and payments for individual and consolidated shipments, clear goods through customs, and collect and deliver them to their destination.

RFL also provides tailored gateway logistic services into and out of the UK and Eurozone. We process shipping and customs documentation helping our clients comply with import regulations whilst minimising costly delays. Clients maintain control and visibility of their shipments via RFL’s fully tracked bespoke reporting system.

For the UK, the rules for Import VAT changed on January 1st 2021.
We have teamed up with a specialist VAT registration company that can take care of the entire process for you, including registration, compiling, and submitting VAT returns and dealing with correspondence from HMRC making the transition from import VAT to supply VAT as smooth as possible whilst ensuring you are fully compliant with the new rules.
In summary, import VAT for B to C goods with a value between £0 - £135 no longer exists and has been replaced with supply VAT, this means that all overseas sellers must register and account for UK VAT.

Distribution

RFL are at the forefront of cross border delivery innovation. All our parcels and packets can be tracked and traced through both postal and express courier delivery.

Return Logistics

Sometimes goods cannot be delivered; they may be rejected or refused by the customer for a variety of reasons. When this happens, it’s important that you can recover as much value as possible from these failed transactions, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction standards.

For this eventuality, RFL offers a flexible and cost-effective return/reverse logistics service. We can hold goods in warehouses pending return or disposal; we can reclaim import taxes for you; and we can arrange for return to origin or other options, including customs destruction, disposal, donation to a registered charity or fulfilment for resale.
